Lighthouse RN & Associates bills on an hourly basis for all professional services except expert witness referrals. Fees may vary depending on the parameters of the case, but in general, the following apply:

Retainer Fee:	$500.00
(This fee is collected with the records, before any work is done, and is applied to the balance.)
Certified Legal Nurse Consultant:	$ 95.00/HR
Medical Transcription and Deposition Summary:	$ 35.00/HR
Expert Witness Referral:	$1000.00 / expert
Delivery Charges/ Postage/ Copies:	At Cost
Rush Requests (under 5 business days):	$120.00/ hr
